Montreal, November 13, 2018 — Groupe V Média announced today, the creation of a business development unit headed by Emmanuelle Giasson in Montreal and Randy Mauskopf in Toronto. This new unit will enable Groupe V Média to consolidate its sales force and develop business partnerships to maximize the group’s advertising revenues.
“Emmanuelle and Randy have distinguished themselves through their ability to mobilize their employees, colleagues and business partners,” explains Isabelle Legris, Senior Director, Sales Strategy. “They both have outstanding strategic and creative qualities and are recognized as people who attain and exceed objectives. ”
Emmanuelle Giasson, appointed Director of Business Development and based in Montreal, has nearly 25 years of experience in business development. She has worked for several large media and marketing firms, including Cossette, Bell Media (Astral Radio) and Québécor Média (TVA). She joins Groupe V Média starting today.
Randy Mauskpf, Toronto-based Director of Business Development, has been with Groupe V Média for a little over a year. He previously held the position of Director, Media Solutions and Media Creativity, Anglophone Market at Quebecor Media Group. He was also Director, Media Creativity, Quebec television / digital at Bell Media in Toronto.
Their mandate will primarily be to increase the awareness of the group’s brands among advertisers and develop a new clientele with the goal of generating new revenue in the short, medium and long term. They will also have as an objective to propose and develop a rigorous business development process and actively participate in the implementation of this system in all Groupe V Média sales offices and markets.
