Montreal, December 4, 2018 – This winter, MAX is the must-see destination for the best TV series and the best movies. Dramatic series, side-splitting comedies, blockbuster films: more than ever before, MAX will be offering viewers time-honored classics and exciting new fiction series, including three new series from our friends at FX Networks, starting January 7th.

Trust : le prix de la cupidité (f.v. of Trust, Monday 8 pm), seasons 1 and 2 Les meilleures choses (f.v. of Better Things, Monday 9:30 pm) and Season 2 of Legion (Monday, 10 pm) will enthrall viewers on Monday nights starting January 7th. On March 18th, the critically acclaimed series Crack (f.v. of Snowfall, Monday 8 pm) will captivate viewing audiences. FX on MAX is TV’s best series with talented actors, intriguing plotlines and a breathtaking visual style.

Starting February 21stChicago Justice (Thursday 8 pm) is added to the program lineup. This riveting new instalment of the Chicago series parallels the storylines of Chicago Med (Thursday 8 pm, starting January 10th) as it follows the team of prosecutors and investigators from the Chicago State’s Attorney’s office.

 

 

Le guide de la parfaite divorcée (f.v. of Girlfriends’ guide to divorce, Tuesday 8 pm), Younger (Tuesday 9 pm), Amour si affinités (f.v. of Casual, Tuesday 9:30 pm) and Colonie (Wednesday 9 pm) return with new episodes, in addition to the resumption of Season 3 of Lucifer (Wednesday 8 pm). Starting April 3rd, viewers can tune in to the second part of the event series: X-Files : aux frontières du réel (Wednesday 8 pm), a new generation of storylines, but the same great performances from stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson.

MAX also offers a wide selection of films, from classics to the latest box office successes, that are sure to please Quebec movie buffs. This winter, you won’t want to miss, among others: Le père de la mariée (Father of the Bride), 40 ans et encore puceau (The 40-Year-Old Virgin), Splashand Le feu de la danse (Flashdance).
